Operation ?

(FYI - The false flag terrorism perpetrated on Cuba was called Operation Northwoods.)
I wonder what this operation is called? Since we'll probably have to wait 25 years to find out, I won't spend much time wondering...but just for a moment, I wonder if it's Eastwood or Knotwood?
