Yes, there are no known cases of a pregnancy in the fallopian tube surviving, but spontaneous regression of the tubal ectopic pregnancy does occur frequently. But even if it doesn't, while treatment of the mother is absolutely necessary to save her life, murder of the unborn baby is never right or necessary.
